- Founded Fyxer's desktop notetaker, zero to one: a native macOS and Windows meeting recorder that needs no bot. Now ~35,000 recordings a month from ~2,000 MAU.
- Turned two prototypes into Fyxer's production agentic chat over meetings and email, now reaching 5,000 to 8,000 senders a month; owns ~85% of that codebase.
- Reversed an internal decision to kill the product with a multi-week analysis, then shipped the roadmap: capture rate 33% to ~55%, week-8 retention 3% to ~34%.
- On the enterprise pod since Apr 2026: SCIM to RFC 7644 (Entra validator 0 to 21/21), Microsoft Marketplace billing end to end, and the enterprise analytics dashboard.
